At Eagle Clinic we are tremendously proud of the high level of service we provide. The results of our July 2008 patient satisfaction survey show that we scored 100% satisfaction by 90.27% of the patients surveyed. A further 7.77% were 80% satisfied and 1.96% were less than 80% satisfied with our service.

All complaints that have not been dealt with to your satisfaction by the appropriate member of staff should be sent directly to Dr Brian McDonogh. You should expect a response within two working days and a formal reply within 20 days of your complaint being received.
