At Eagle Clinic we are tremendously proud of the high level of service we provide. The results of our November 2006 patient satisfaction survey show that we scored 100% satisfaction by 85% of the patients surveyed. A further 14% were 80% satisfied and only 1% were 60% satisfied with our service. No one was less than 60% satisfied.

All complaints that have not been dealt with to your satisfaction by the appropriate member of staff should be sent directly to Dr Brian McDonogh. You should expect a response within two working days and a formal reply within 20 days of your complaint being received.
